Terms of Sale

TERMS: Payment is due prior to shipment.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Unless other arrangements are made, shipping and handling per set is paid to High Touch and added to the customer's invoice.

LOSSES IN TRANSIT: All products are packaged in new condition and given to the carrier for delivery to the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products received are still in an undamaged condition. The customer must examine the shipment for damage and verification of the count. Any discrepancies must be noted on the Freight Bill before it is signed. High Touch, LLC will not be responsible for any Freight Bills signed "Free and Clear". Please call us if you have any questions about damage.

WEIGHTS: Weight is approximately 160 lbs and is provided only to help estimate labor required to receive shipment.

ReCycle RIGHTS: Should you decide to no longer own the unit... you provide that you sell or recycle the unit back to us at 5% of the original invoice; original invoice is required as well as physical delivery of the complete original unit to address stipulated in our buyback agreement.
